Specifications such as purity, moisture and withanolide content are typical values; the confirmed specification for any shipment is the one stated on the certificate of analysis and spec sheet issued for that lot.

Orders

A sale is formed only when an order is confirmed in writing and terms (including Incoterms and payment terms) are agreed. Standard terms are FOB from an Indian port with 50% advance and 50% before shipment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
